Harold is a certified ACE trainer with over 20 years of personal and group training experience. He is also knowledgeable in training clients ranging in age from 10 years to 80 years and at all fitness levels.
He also specializes in assisting clients with injuries and teaching proper techniques to avoid the risk of injury.
